Fios Internet: my wifi keeps disconnecting and then reconnecting! I Forgot to say that the router does give me internet at times but then after like 5-6 mins it
Ever since upgrading to Windows 10, my Ethernet connection (desktop is cabled directly to my router) my connection to the internet keeps disconnecting. Other devices in my house still keep their connections. My pc has been disconnecting from the internet since i got it. It cut out when i worked, when i play games and especially when i watch anything on youtube. I have researched this all over the internet and tried so many things to fix this, such as "network adapters>power management>unchecked allow this computer to turn off this device to save I've installed 2 Linksys Routers AC1900 and E1200, my Local Network is running on AC1900 at least 50-75 devices connected on the same time. I've checked the Modem (Internet Connection 24 Mbps Dedicated Fiber) and is working fine, but the router AC1900 keep disconnecting from the Internet and due to that my users suffer. All of a sudden, my Roku TV is constantly disconnecting from the internet. As soon as I reconnect, and restart Hulu or Netflix, it plays for 3 minutes and disconnects again. Is this a Roku problem or a cable/internet Co. problem? Thanks! Step 1. Update the range extender to latest firmware. Click here.. Step 2. Disable then enable the wireless network connection of the end-device. Step 3. To figure out the problem please place the RE near to the router to see whether the problem still exists.

The controllers only get about 10 feet before you start to get disconnection issues to make sure its as close as possible to your router. 5. If Nintendo Switch keeps disconnecting from internet still go into the units settings to see if its due for any kind of firmware update.

I have Sky Fibre with a 3rd party modem/router - every device stays connected no problem and speeds are faster than they ever were.
