Comcast's internet is so slow for a few hours. Contact to Comcast tech support and they still unable to solve the problem on their end, and they wants to send the technician to come over my place. It is again same problem like 2 months ago. Last time Comcast was here on August 2016.

I then call back and was informed that someone will come out at night to check and see if they could boost the signal within my neighborhood but no one ever did because I am still getting slow *** internet. I was given a $30 dollar credit but with slow internet this bad I need a months worth of free internet. Speeds tank around 9:30 PM every night : Comcast Every night around 9:30 PM my Comcast internet gets unusably slow to the point where I literally can't stream anything, and lasts until about 1 AM. Is this just congestion in the area that they won't do anything about, or can I pester them into fixing it?
